Get free delivery everywhere in Eastern Canada with a minimum purchase of $50.

Return and Exchange

If you receive your plants and they are damaged, you have 3 days to let us know. In case you don't email us, we keep the right to not being able to help you. If you miss the delivery, you have two days to pick up your order at the nearest Canada Post location. If for some reason you were unable to pick up your order in the next two days, we won't be responsible of the plant health.

Cancel an order

Every order are shipped on Mondays. If you change your mind and want to cancel or edit your order, it is possible to email us before the next Monday. Contact us at: info@cactusenligne.com 

Refund

You placed an order and want to be refund? It's is absolutely possible to proceed your request if this one have not been shipped. You can email us at info@cactusenligne.com

Once the order have been shipped, we won't proceed a refund. If ever you receive your plant and it's damaged, please refer to ''Shipping and Exchange'' policy.
